To place requests on books and other material or to view your account information you will need your library barcaode number (the 14 digit number on your library card) and your pin number (the last four digits of your phone number). iPAC also provides links to other library services: Ask a Question: this is an online reference service. Questions are sent via e-mail to staff at Red Deer College who will contact the Questioner within 24 hours. Infofinder: Parkland Regional Library subscribes to several online databases that provide full text articles on a range of topics.
